Nibble Media launched a effective social media campaign for Heeton Hotels as we looked to increase their following and use their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn profile as a hub to inform their audience and interact with customers. We also produced creative captions that were straight to the point but still informative and also relevant to each platform. Our consistent and visually appealing posts engaged the audience and successfully promoted their brand.
• We frequently engaged with the client's followers through responding to comments, messages and reviews to build a strong community and improved customer service.
• We regularly produced reports and analysis of their social media performance to track progress, identify trends and adjust strategies.
